House Rules – 4LE Suites
1. Care of Property & Damages Please treat the furnishings with care. We have equipped these apartments with great attention to detail. Should something happen to break, please inform us immediately. Small mishaps can often be resolved quickly.
2. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Mutual consideration is important to us. Please avoid noise that could disturb other residents. Quiet Hours: Please observe the nighttime quiet period from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Service & Linen Change For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels. Long-term stays: For longer stays, we are happy to offer a change of towels and bed linens. Please contact us in advance to schedule a convenient time.
4. Media & Technology (TV & Wi-Fi) Television: Satellite TV is available in our suites. Streaming: You are welcome to use your own streaming service accounts on the TV sets. Privacy: Please remember to log out of all streaming apps and remove your accounts from the device before your departure. We assume no liability for the unauthorized use of your accounts by subsequent guests. Wi-Fi: Internet use is free of charge. Illegal downloads or accessing unlawful content are strictly prohibited.
5. Smoking, Fire & Pets Non-smoking Apartments: Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Open Flames: For fire safety reasons, candles and open flames are not permitted. Pets: Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
6. Kitchen & Waste Sorting Please leave the kitchen clean upon departure. Dishes, cutlery, and pots should be washed and put away. Sustainability: We value the environment. Please separate your waste into the designated bins (General Waste, Organic Waste, Plastic).
7. Security & Departure Please ensure all windows and the entrance door are locked whenever you leave the apartment. Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM. Please switch off all lights and electronic appliances before leaving.
